Missouri's Amendment 4 aimed to make citizen-initiated constitutional amendments practically impossible. Kansas' Amendment 1 was designed to flip the state Supreme Court to ban abortion
Probably got a 2-for-1 deal. At the very least filled up the punch card where the 10th one is free.

If the Royals pay down the remaining money on Thomas (around $1.5M) & Falter (around $1M) they could sweeten their return. Just a bit.
