Iron Lung Riso🩸

Illustration of Simon, or "The Convict", from Iron Lung. We see him inside an industrial looking submarine. Our point of view is low on the floor and looking up. Simon is emerging up from a hole on the floor. Behind him is the "cockpit" of the submarine, the console right behind him and the main porthole slightly obscured by it. There is a giant red eye looking through the porthole. Simon hefts himself up from the hole in the floor facing away from us, only having himself up to the hip out of the hole. He hunches over slightly and his arms are bent at the elbow slightly from exertion. He looks over his shoulder to glare at us, his shoulder obscuring his mouth. He is soaked in blood and it drips off of his face and hair. His hair hanging down in clumps around his face. The hole he comes from is filled with blood, and it spills onto the floor. The rest of the submarine is grungy with blood and grime.

Project Hail Mary riso print 🪐🛰️

Tau Ceti sits large and glorious, taking up most of the background. From behind Tau Ceti and coming towards us and under Grace is a ribbon of red, getting larger as it passes under Grace. This is the astrophage. On top left of Tau Ceti on it's horizon the gleam of another star shines over it. There are a bunch of papers surrounding Grace and fluttering along the astrophage line. They contain drawings from his students, motifs found on his quilt, papers he graded from his students and parts of his dissertation.

Creep riso print 🐺🌕

the sky's kindest, most radiant star

backrooms riso

Picture of a riso print layed on top of others. The illustration on the print is one of the "backrooms," a liminal space made up of endless hallways and rooms. The room we see here is covered in faded yellow wallpaper with a dirty carpet to match. There are fluorescent lights lining the tiled ceiling. On the left, a wall that takes up most of the image has a metal door with an exit sign above. A short wall separates about half of the room in the center from our point of view, hiding a school chair behind it. This right half of the room has the lights on the ceiling burned out/turned off, bathing it in shadow. This half also shows a hallway presumably leading to more halls/rooms. We can barely make out a doorway leading to a dark room at the end of the hallway. There is a red square circling around this room.

There is a wall perpendicular and quite close to us that takes up a tiny bit of the right side of our view, as if we're looking around the corner into this area.
