So, I didn't get an official confirmation but I guess this counts as one?😂 Seems like I will be the sewing judge the at the Solocon cosplay constest on Nov 1st 💜 It will be my first time and I'm already very excited!
I HATE wig styling. So far the process has been 49% sewing, 49% hot glueing and 2% styling. There is hair EVERYWHERE, I burnt myself twice and cut into my finger with the thinning shears. I had no idea they were this sharp 😭😭 also, the wig is only half done 😭😭
the rhinestones turned out fine! I especially love the big heart. And I made some other stuff while I was at it~ Now I can finish Nona's wand, so only the wig remains
I ordered a skirt that is really stinking cute but too short for my liking, so instead of sending it back I ordered a second one in the largest size so I can make mine longer (it's on sale rn anyway) 😂 the power of being able to sew

Finished my summer dress and socialised today. Now my shoulder hurts like hell because I was forced to hold a baby for 15 minutes. I hope the pain will be gone tomorrow 😭

only the buttons on the sleeves and the hem left until the sewing part is done! The wand needs some paint and the dangly bits, then there's only the wig left. I think I can manage that in 4 weeks
I love fabric covered buttons! They always elevate the quality of a garment.
