Just a day over the 7th year anniversary of my childhood dog passing away, I had to take my cat to the emergency vet . The visit discovered that she has lung cancer and kidney failure. 17 years is so long, but feels so short. She’s here now, but I know soon she won’t and it breaks my heart.
