๐ United For Dignity meeting on Tuesday! Meaningful discussions about the issues affecting migrants, particularly those facing the challenges of No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF), and planning a special dance with Protein Dance, that will raise awareness of the realities and experiences.

Last week we had a very informative and supportive session with Greenwich Time to Talk on preparing for menopause. ๐ธ We learned a lot and hearing experiences shared within the group helped others know what to expect and reassured them that they're not alone. ๐ซ Thanks to Greenwich Mental Health Hub ๐

We kicked off our heritage session ๐ฅ๐ช with an uplifting drumming experience, where the rhythms echoed like a heartbeat, helping us connect in a meaningful and memorable way ๐งฉ Weโre now back at work, shaping our stories for our Storywalk performances, reflecting on our heritage, history, and culture!
