I'm not exactly great at voicing my sexual desires. I go silently crazy at the sight of your ankle.
/ Suddenly thinking about this Supernatural episode where lovers literally eat each other, and that scene always makes me think of Hannigram.
Hannibal can hardly put into words what he feels in that moment when those hands touch him, it’s like staring into a sun radiating every color at once. He’s never experienced anything like this with anyone before.
Will sees. He sees too much. Some of what he sees, he doesn't know what to do with; he hasn't addressed it. "Hold still," Will murmurs, taking Hannibal's jaw in both hands. He just watches Hannibal for a moment, meeting his eyes, and then he leans in to kiss him slowly.
// The way you write him is exactly the way I've always imagined him to be. 🥹
|| STOP, I'LL CRY. I love writing with you! Really has made me love the ship even more.
// Monday appreciation for Will’s mun. Hands down the best Will writer I’ve ever met. You made me fall in love with writing this ship all over again 😭🫀 @expertempathy.bsky.social
Hannibal meets Will’s gaze, holding him there. “You’re the first,” his voice is a whisper, lips curled into a smile, “The only one I ever allowed to see me.”
"To see you. . . Know you. It's lucky." Will pushes away from the desk, and then steps around it, to step into Hannibal's space. "I. . . See you, Hannibal."
"You think they are?" he asked softly. "I just hope they see I’m the right one for them. I give them the time to find themselves before they find me." He tucked his notebook away and locked the drawer of his desk.
Will's eyes slide back to Hannibal, looking up through his lashes. There's something. . . Fond in his expression. "They're lucky."
That eye contact draws a smile from Hannibal for reasons that need no explanation. He doesn't look away even when Will does. "Yes. There is one."
Will glances up, meeting Hannibal's gaze evenly for a moment before looking away — seeing more than he should, always. "Is someone filling the voids for you, Hannibal?"
"To be frank, forming connections has never come easy to me. My mind is a labyrinth of layers, making it nearly impossible to let anyone in. It's beautiful that when you believe yourself incompatible with the world, that one person emerges to fill the voids you never knew existed, making you whole."
"When you can form a meaningful connection with anyone, nothing is meaningful anymore. I've always had trouble knowing what's real."
“That’s been… quite a while,” he said with a small smile. Strangely, the thought didn’t make him jealous, it only made him more eager to take Will out.
Will frowns, considering for a moment. It's longer ago than he would care to admit. "I still lived in New Orleans, working homicide. I was talking to someone when I lived in DC, but we never did anything."
Just one? He has an entire notebook devoted to the subject.
“When was the last time you actually went on a date?” he asked, using his professional tone - detached and unimpressed, but beneath it all, he was genuinely curious.
"Yes, he is," Will agrees. "And so will Alana, when he asks her why I'm lying about it." It makes him scoff a little, that everyone assumes he just can't date, because it's pretty much entirely his own choice. He likes it. "I won't need to tell him. He'll assume something is wrong and ask you."
“He’s gonna think you’re lying,” he teased him. He knew Will and that all his social life was with his dogs. Pretty much everyone knew that. "Doctor's orders, if he asks."
Will chuckles, tapping his fingers against the book with a faint smile. "I'm just thinking about telling Jack I'm not coming in to work because I have a date."
That earned a heartfelt laugh from Hannibal. “I’ll make sure all those killers give you a break tomorrow. It’s important, I want you to look perfect for your date.”
"I can make it work. As far as I know, I don't have anything planned. Though serial killers don't frequently work around my schedule."
"Does tomorrow morning work for you? I don’t have any patients until lunch," he smiles.
Will smiles, watching the way Hannibal's expression changes. He's not much of a suit guy, but he likes how eager Hannibal seems. "I'll be there."
(tbh, this is Hannibal every time Will does something)

Hannibal’s eyes lit up at the thought. Being there with him? Yes, please. He smiles. “I’d be delighted to help. I can call my tailor and arrange an appointment.”
"I need you to take me to get a suit tailored." He thinks that Hannibal will probably enjoy dressing him up like that; he meets Hannibal's gaze, expression coy.
I am not laughing, I find that attractive, my dear.
Don't laugh at me.
