Remember this policy, where ICE electronically "disappeared" tens of thousands of immigrants being held in detention? Last week a coalition of legal services organizations sued to block this policy, calling it flagrantly unlawful. Link in next post to the docket.

As of last week, anyone jailed by ICE with a final order of removal will NOT appear in the ICE Online Detainee Locator System, making them effectively vanish.
