Wouldn't it be amazing if during tomorrow's L.A. protests, a whole contingent brandished boomboxes playing Sly Stone's "Everyday People" and Brian Wilson's "Love and Mercy", to show that our city stands for agents of art and hope, and not agents of ICE and fear.
We stand with all the people holding the line and endangering themselves when ICE comes to terrorize graduations, work places and other every day events across Los Angeles. Tear gas and flash bangs are not new to us.
