I shouldn't have to tell grown ass adults not to use metal utensils on my non stick cooking equipment. Pretty sure the roommate used a fork inside my rice cooker. We always keep the paddle in the holder attached to the cooker so it's extra non excusable.

Hate it when I get stuck in the "I don't know what to do with myself right now" moments. It will pass but it's definitely annoying. Luckily since I've gotten medicated it doesn't happen as often or as severely but definitely still have moments. Most likely cause is poor sleep quality.
