Incredibly disappointing ad from Mary Peltola (D-AK) saying she neither supports "kids getting surgeries to change genders or men in girls bathrooms." Yes, flipping the Senate is essential and can stop bad laws and bad judges from happening, but she can do it without my support from the lower 48.

I have never in my life been bothered by a trans woman in a bathroom or anywhere else. I've been sexually harassed by straight men in every conceivable situation since I was a teenager.

An infuriating part of the trans panic is "what if straight men are pretending to be trans women to harass other women?" and it's like if you care about violence against women maybe care about the global pandemic of real violence rather than maybe this might happen violence?
