I'm being serious when I say this. Please do WHATEVER you can to spread the word about this stream my sister and brother-in-law are doing. They've been very discouraged at the lack of any progress because, as a reminder, this money is going to a LIFE-SAVING SURGERY. This is the best I can do.
It might be possible that I can't afford to go to MAGwest this year. I'm waiting on a confirmation of something before I can say for sure.
