We need to be better at trying to get people with head injuries from being shot to leave the protest for medical treatment. It is already hard to make sound decisions after a few rounds of tear gas add a concussion, and it's worse. I did not follow that advice in 2020. I regret it.

Medic reminder. Don't use milk or LAW for pepper spray exposure. Flush with a large volume of water. Milk contains bacteria and is a great way to introduce an eye infection. LAW turns into an abrasive crust. Also, having a bright white face makes people easily identifiable.
