🚨🚍 Attention NJ TRANSIT bus riders! I’ll be at Irvington Terminal on Tuesday, Aug 11 at 7 AM for a customer listening session. Operational team members are coming too, and we want to hear about your NJ TRANSIT bus experience. Spread the word!

🛎️ As promised, here’s a look at the customer concerns Key Performance Indicators for Bus and Access Link for June 👇
👋 I’m set up at Morristown Station and I’ll be here until at least 7:30 PM. I’m waiting for your feedback at the bottom of the stairs from the westbound platform, right next to the pedestrian tunnel. And I brought some swag!
At Hawthorne station until 9 AM today! Stop by to say hi, chat about safety and share your experience riding the Main Line.
🚉 In addition to tomorrow’s “Meet the Advocate” at Morristown (7/29, 5:30 PM), I’ll be at Hawthorne Station from 7–9 AM to collect your feedback. The NJ TRANSIT Safety team will also be there to discuss pedestrian‑crossing safety. 🌧️ Forecast isn’t great, bring an umbrella!
🛎️Without an Operations and Customer Service Committee meeting in July, I still wanted to share the concern metrics for June. Starting with Rail and Light Rail, Bus and Access Link data coming soon 👇
⛈️Severe weather is forecasted this week... for a change... But unless conditions decline drastically, I’ll meet you at Morristown Station on Wednesday, July 29th at 5:30 PM! In the meantime, stay safe and stay informed!
🛎️Here’s June’s social‑media feedback summary! As usual, actionable concerns are reviewed. For example: • Data feed updated following an assessment of Journal Square bus gate assignment • Rail team working to add train capacity • etc. More info at the next committee meeting.
🧹🧼With the gradual rollout of Executive Order 16’s Rapid Action Plan, many rail lines & bus routes now get added mid-day cleaning. Cleanliness concerns are trending below seasonal levels, but what do you think? Has cleanliness on your train/bus been better, worse, or about the same?
👋 Hey Morristown riders! I’ll be at your station next Wednesday (7/29) from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Stop by, say hi, and share your feedback to help improve your bus and train experience!
Although there is no Operations & Customer Service Committee meeting scheduled for July, I’ll share the key elements of my typical dashboard for June here. Starting with a summary of the 76 customer comments collected through my online form last month. 👇
