Indiana is one of many schools that use Annie Lisle/Far Above Cayuga's Waters as its alma mater. The Heels fans may have recognized it.

Indiana’s about to walk into recruiting visits in south Florida on name confusion alone. “Yes, I’m with the Marching Hundred…”
I watched with the volume down. What was the KL from Ole Miss’ show? Because my shady assumption was that it was aimed at *ahem* Kane Liffin.
After playing in our faces the first two rounds, Freddy Four Letters is back with a halftime feed for the semis. #cfbplayoff
Every time I try to put a USB in wrong, I silently apologize to the kids I yelled at over the Shrine of the Silver Monkey.
The joy of Fernando Mendoza seeing an o-lineman get MVP was so wholesome.
Both bands are performing from the stands at the Rose Bowl, and I have to believe it’s because it rained and they want to preserve the field. The historically band-friendly Rose Bowl wouldn’t do them like that.
Points scored in 2025 playoff games: JMU 34 Ohio State 14 Time for a serious conversation about handing out these participation-trophy bids like candy. Bad TV. Safety issue. I just feel so bad for Ohio State. They should have their own junior tournament
So once ESPN unbundled its streaming, did ESPN+ cease to exist? Because now one can only get the Skycast (and thus halftime) feed if they have access to ESPNU, it seems.
In the playoff era, how do you prepare for the postseason? Whoever wins this game will have less than two weeks' notice for a 5.5 mile march down Colorado Blvd.
I'm sure Oklahoma's former SAEs sing Many Men with their whole chests.
Commitment to the bit that only I care about: I work at a university. I have two alma maters, neither of which is my employer. When I'm at work, I never* wear the gear of either of my alma maters, or any other school. 1/3
I agree with @bradengall.bsky.social's assertion that Notre Dame's omission from the CFP is evidence against the Worldwide Leader's meddling, but there's a tin foil hat I could don in which they're playing the long game and left ND out to usher in the 16 team + play-in era.
I appreciate United’s continued commitment to Rhapsody in Blue. (On the ground in Vegas)
Three Sudler Trophy-winning programs - the Iowa State Cyclone Football ‘Varsity’ Marching Band, K-State’s Pride of Wildcat Land, and Notre Dame’s Band of the Fighting Irish - will sit home this postseason, as their football teams decline bowl invites.
Uber to the airport for #AFAAM. High school is remote for weather. It just hit me that under identical circumstances in two years, I could have my daughter drop me off. 😳
8/12 CFP participants have Sudler Trophies - including one of the G6 participants.
This is me fruitlessly dabbing at the deluge of Wrapped-type posts with a reminder that the end of the year is still four weeks away.
I am verklempt at hearing from a head of state who’s a scholar. #nava59
I truly don’t get the appeal of podcasts having to be video now. Podcasts are at their very best when you’re doing something else, working out or playing videogames etc, and no good podcaster has ever been someone who should be shown on screen that’s just not how that works. It’s a goblin job.
Matt Grothe just got name dropped by @davidubben.bsky.social on Bunch Formation. If you can believe it, it’s the second time I heard Grothe mentioned in as many days on a CFB podcast (and neither one was a USF pod) 🤘
@bradengall.bsky.social Braden - I’m a long time (possibly day 1 or close to it?) listener of the Cover 2/Athlon U. podcast. Just heard your swansong episode. Thanks for more than a decade of a great show. Best wishes for 440 and other endeavors.
Ironically, Ohio State rocks spats, Grambling does not. But Grambling's white footwear are what spats seek to emulate.
WAIT. Why is Ohio State playing Rocky Top in a 5th vs. Grambling?!
