Something I kind of miss from IRC — everyone’s reverse DNS (and by extension IP) was public, so you could at a glance see everyone’s ISP. Was always funny when in particular ISP had an outage you could tell from the mass leave / joins

I got a DJ controller and have been messing around with it every day so far. Been trying different genres and learning the basics. It's been incredibly fun and I'm a little surprised how quick I seem to of grasped the fundamentals... excited to see where I go from here!

On that too, I'm still optimistic the Steam Frame will come in under the Steam Machine. A lot of my friend group is interested in the frame as long as it's under $1k, and I think they can hit that. The SoC in the frame is cheaper than the AMD APU in Machine, and frame has less RAM.

Wow! The steam machine is actually… less expensive than I thought it would be. It’s not as cheap as people were hoping for but considering the hardware, these days it’s probably $800 or $900 if you buy the parts and build a PC, so $1050 for the base model seems reasonable.

Finally exited that after all this time the Steam Frame will actually be real. Been following Deckard for so long that it feels like a dream

Furality has been some of the most fun I've ever had, and this year was no different~ Truly a masterpiece in a new media format, anyone looking for what to use VR for needs to study Furality. It's so good that I get more PCD when it's over even compared to IRL cons, haha!
