Finished Final Fantasy 7 Remake tonight, fun game! As a big enjoyer of the original, some of the story stuff was a little meh, but I understand they were trying to make it a standalone experience. The combat is fun, but I'm old and kinda bad at it. Looking forward to Rebirth a lot though!

A Magic hot take I don't see enough (or at all) is that "the stack" is a truly awful name for a mechanic that is used in every single game. It's like we're all wizards playing Jenga ffs.

This might be super self-congratulatory but today I finished work pretty early and decided to NOT just immediately play video games. Instead I made some weird art (music+video). I had learned a new DAW along the way too. Not sure I'll ever show it to anyone. Feels great.

Fun fact, I just submitted two games for a video that were the same file size and only 2 seconds difference in length. Pretty sure that's the first time in the 90ish videos I've done for Play to Win where that's happened. Neato type shit.

I was today years old and like 6 years of video editing experience in when I learned that there is a friggin hotkey that will bring back deleted audio from it's corresponding video, so that I don't have to go hunt down something I accidently deleted. I feel quite silly.

Played the Final Fantasy Resonance demo, absolutely loved it. Is it nostalgia bait? Oh, 1000%, but the mechanics are fun and the story is fine enough, and it does have a distinct FF feel to it. Ended up starting FFV for the first time and it has also been really good, and it's cool seeing the

Maybe I'm asking too much but I'm burned out zombie movies doing the "humans are the real monsters" thing. 28 Years Later kinda didn't do that but instead didn't do anything, like I have no idea what that movie was trying to be about. Dongs? Anyway. The troupe makes for an easy story and cheaper...

The price of community, is "drama." People are messy. They make mistakes. Things happen. Sometimes these things need to be aired in front of the community, so that people know who is or isn't safe. If it doesn't involve you, or you don't know anything about, good for you! Move along!

Please read- this one is important. If you don't know what I'm talking about, it doesn't concern you. If you do- then my DMs are open for additional questions seeking clarification. At the end of the day- I'm not going anywhere. But I'll understand if you do.

Im going to try to keep this short. Yall know by now im not good at that. Soon- folks may see OblivionSorrow and I beginning to exist in the same spaces together again. This is intentional and with my consent. There’s been a lot going on in the background, one of the outcomes is that friends of ours who were In The Room the night of the events between Oblivion and I finally feel as though they could come to me and tell me what really happened that night. They helped me realize that what happened was not assault, rather an unintentional crossing of a boundary that parties involved didn't know existed. I completely misremembered what happened, and due to fear of making mutual friends choose sides, I instead sought out the support of someone who was not present. That was one of the many mistakes I’ve made in this entire situation.
I hate that things got to the point that they did, and for my part in it. this is now being handled between the people who were actually involved, as it should have been from the beginning. I'm fine with answering any clarification DMs, but Oblivion and I are hoping to move forward.
Additionally, people continue to bring up how community leaders responded to this event, such as Bobbie-Christine. I want to acknowledge that while I struggled with the conversation BCB and I had immediately following the event, I understand why it happened the way that it did. I think BCB and everyone else did what they thought was best at the time, given the entire situation and the additional perspective that I myself did not have.
At the end of the day, I have always and continue to want things to stop. Only now the vitriol and threats and everything else is at the top of the list.

This might be a little silly to be this stoked on but I FINALLY got my first trophy on mtgo 😅 in draft no less! My deck felt very good but was just barely able to get there against 2 mirror matches. That little green splash made a ton of difference, that wolf spawning guy is crazy! #mtgocreator
