Another article on the heavy burden the younger gen has. If you are 20+ now, and stuff seems too difficult, I get it. I just realised, looking at our budgets, that we wouldn't even have a budget to tie over a young student. I'm sure we'd find a way. But we'd really have to dig deep.

Today. Despite everything, all the losses, the state of the world and the rain outside: i feel optimistic. Like a change is coming. A good one. The feeling may not last beyond the next terrible news, but I'll cherish feeling this way for now. Better times will come.

UPDATE: Paycheck yesterday was only enough to pay rent on North Wilkesboro, NC house, August & September cell phone bill, & gas to drive up/down a mountain to/from 48 hours of work next week. Can *ANYONE* help with $310 August storage in Burlington, VT by 8/31/26 before $100 lien fee is added❓

I think I get it now. And it's really okay. But Star Trek SNW is not a science fiction show. Still Star Trek. Great actors. Just not sci-fi. And that's ok.

It's horrible. But i am so disappointed with strange new worlds so far 😕 No one holds conversations. Everything is spoken exposition. Episodes are boring. I thought i was being an old person. But i just keep seeing others shows doing stories so much better. And I want to love st snw! It's hard!
