I spent 5 years and $100K to bootstrap a startup and failed. Now working on http://itslaunchday.com to help founders with marketing.

Indie hacking might be dead soon: 1. A.I is making it super easy to build software 2. 10x more people will ship products even if they don’t know how to code 3. Dev founders will lose their only advantage (knowing how to code) 4. Marketing founders win every market and dev-only founders disappear

My Product Hunt alternative is almost ready: 1. It's not a competition, it's a celebration of indie makers. 2. I recorded 20min interviews with each one to present their products. 3. There is a huge discount on every product... but only for people who share it on social media. itslaunchday.com

I’m feeling the thrill of launching a new product again. My feelings jump from thinking it will go massively viral and change the world… to being afraid nobody will care and I will look stupid. Entrepreneur life 😶‍🌫️

I've started recording 15-min interviews with the 10 founders of the first LaunchDay event. It will be a celebration of indie makers, their stories and the product they're working on. (+ huge discounts for 24 hours only!) I'm super excited 🥳 itslaunchday.com

Me: I have 5 months of runway left to become profitable Also me: let’s spend 2 hours making sure the border radius of every button is proportional before launch

I have: - $1K monthly revenue from my old product - 1 new idea I validated but haven’t launched - 5 months of runway I need to reach $4K/mo before April or I’ll have to go back to a job. Wish me luck 🙏

The biggest mistake I made with my failed startup was to keep pushing because I thought: “we almost have product-market fit!” for 5 years. But after 1 year the signs were already clear that the market didn’t need us. And we should’ve moved to a different idea.

I built a startup with my wife for 5 years and burned myself badly. Now I'll never do it again. I want my relationship to be a safe space from the challenges of entrepreneurship, not a part of it.
