Bruce Thornton Section 8 housing doesn't allow firearms. It unfortunately a thing. JD Fyfe It's a sad day when a handicapped person living in a section 8 building can't protect his own life from would be murderers or robbers. Shame on you St Louis! Erik Laubach I doubt the guy leaves. He has already proven his ability to use a weapon, so he will likely take a principled stand and defend against any potential attackers. Many people would argue that he has a moral duty to do so… Brad Reuben How about posting more of the story, like what the “criminal activity” actually was. If he had an illegal weapon in the apartment complex, that might explain why they’re giving him the boot. Ernest Hall Section 8 housing and public housing rules on firearms depend heavily on state and local laws, because federal HUD regulations generally defer to local public housing agencies and state statutes. Rick Springfield said he took a man’s life when he was unexpectedly caught in the Vietnam War. The famous rocker spoke out about the incident on the September 8 episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” and revealed that he made a split-second decision that ended another man’s life. Springfield said his band traveled to Vietnam in 1968 to entertain American troops. “It was pretty insane. We were there for about four months,” he said. “I thought, ‘Oh, great. We’ll make money, you know.’ And, of course, we didn’t make any money. We spent it all at the PX, and we weren’t making much money anyway,” he said. Springfield said that after entertaining the troops, he spent some time with men he met along the way, and things took a very unexpected turn. He admitted that at first, he had no idea what he had done. “The hardest thing for me was that I had thrown a mortar down, and it had hit somebody, and they came in the next day and said, ‘Hey, you got one. You got one,” Springfield told Rogan. “And that still has a hard place to land in me, you know? That’s really kind of the one thing I brought back with me that I couldn’t really find a place for that to land.” All reactions: 268 Like Most relevant David Cho He has more confirmed kills than me?
