Went thrifting today. One store was selling a Wikipedia article for $25
Ever have one of those moments where you’re in the right mood to draw something, but your decides “nah, just keep scrolling on your phone instead for the next couple hours” and you end up accomplishing nothing at all? It’s just one of those days today
Random thought Why does human ENA look like a depressed Nagatoro
Alrighty serious talk, if I ever had to recommend only one fanfic to read, it would be this one: a crossover fic between Dr. Who and Evangelion. It’s incomplete unfortunately, but holy moly I’ve re-read it so many times and it is great shit. Highly recommend. archiveofourown.org/works/342178...

Haven’t really mentioned it here on Bluesky, but over the past couple years I’ve been working on/off on a scanning project for an obscure 1980s anime Oh! Family. I’ve obtained a number of 16mm rush prints for the series and I’ve been gradually getting them scanned for the past while.
Also for anyone curious, feel free to check out my YouTube channel. I usually post archival content I get scanned or digitized (when I remember) youtube.com/@whendaleksa...

New upload! It's the opening animation for "Oh! Family", scanned from a 16mm rush print by us in 4K! This marks some of the 1st ever high def footage of this series! Special thanks to @dalek96.bsky.social for acquiring both the 16mm rush & magnetic audio sources! www.youtube.com/watch?v=mD7P...
CDs are so fucking cool. I want to use one as a pizza cutter now
If the sum of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the square on the other two sides, why is a mouse when it spins?
AoD3. Historically the most challenging episode as the off-air tape from WNED Buffalo has very little good colour and the colour recovery result was also comparatively poor. A lot of work has been needed to get closer to the quality we like.
Been listen to a song that is the French word for pen today. Still, could be worse
