Like the Romantic Triangle, I’m tempted to call Healed by Love a cliché rather than a trope, but like the Romantic Triangle it’s still around because it works. And as I keep saying in my presentations on writing, “Tropes is tropes because they work.” Yes, I actually say it that way. It’s supposed to be amusing.
