So I signed up for the membership because it is a PRIORITY for me to go. It’s beyond just BTS and feels important. I’m not a reader, actually for some of the reasons he talked about on Fashion Neurosis, but the music and art he’s shared have captivated me. I MUST see his art collection. I must.

UPDATE: SUCCESS!!!!! HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA! TAKE THAT YOU BITCHES! (Sorry for the swears) I was not requesting anything unreasonable and the fact they could never produce this “3rd party” report OR where it says in their policy that they can’t, speaks volumes.

Good afternoon Ms. Craig, Thank you again for your patience while we reviewed your concerns. I sincerely apologize once more for the experience and frustration this situation caused during your stay. We will be reaching out to Expedia directly regarding the refund request. Please note that once submitted, refund processing timelines are determined by Expedia and your financial institution. For your reference, I have also attached a copy of the folio reflecting the charges that have already been refunded. Additionally, I do want to reiterate that while we understand your request, we are unfortunately unable to provide a copy of the third-party pest control report. My strongly worded email to the Luxor 😤

Hello Jack, This is wholly unacceptable and I need to see the entire detailed report, including who the company is, what and how the inspection was done so I can research their practices, reviews and accreditations, including photos and equipment used. I got bed bugs at your hotel. Period. With the fact only my bed was made, the way I sat and slept on the bed in relation to the location of the bites and when the bites began to develop; 1-4 days, one developing just yesterday, which aligned with CDC information on Bed Bug infestation. It was absolutely at your hotel. While I was away I immediately told my house sitter to have my own home inspected. When I returned there was no evidence. I’ve spoke to all the people I was in contact with, including the airline. Plus I actively take all precautions when I travel, dirty clothes separated and sealed, nothing set on the floor or bed, nothing in closets, drawers or anything with upholstery. All signs, all measures, all deductions, all troubleshooting indicates it was at your hotel. I expect a full refund and if not I will take this issue further. I am working with another manager who is familiar with MGM property loss prevention and is guiding me through this process. I have already posted reviews on Google, Expedia, the MGM website, Travel Advisor and BBB, even though your hotel is not affiliated. As I mentioned before I’m utilizing CDCs information and resources. In addition I’ve convinced 3 people to cancel future stays. The biggest indicator, someone I know who stayed at the exact same time also was infested with bed bugs. The fact there was quick action to move rooms and clean my clothes tells me this is a known and common issue. Other reviews and their frequency also indicate this heightened issue is a common occurrence. I expect a swift resolution with a full refund and no additional charges.

I do feel like all the things that happened the past two weekends are what I deserve for being so horrible and selfish. A bunch of stuff has been happening since I stopped giving a shit and being so amenable. Like the universe said no bitch you don’t get to have boundaries without consequences 😔

At a certain point with the bed bug issue where now I have to wait. Everything is washed and heated. Luggage and shoes sprayed but remain outside. Still have to go through my toiletries, but they are sitting in a bin with diatomaceous earth which will dry out bugs, but not larva, hence the +
