When you can, avoid number-only date formats. Sighted users could be confused on whether the first number is the month or day. If you've incorrectly designated your document's language, screen reader users might hear the wrong date. Writing out the month prevents this confusion.

My ankles are almost as big as my calf. I'm sunburnt AF (with 4 applications of sunscreen) My hip seems to have forgotten where it belongs. I fell while "alone" but a stranger caught me before I full faceplanted. We spent over 3 hours waiting to be able to leave the parking lot... STILL A GOOD DAY

I am in enough pain that in my dreams I was also in pain. I plan on spending the next 2 days doing a lot on my feet (at a music festival) and I'm honestly very anxious about this... Won't stop me. This is life with chronic pain... But I'm still anxious and upset about it.
