Rewatching CRAWL. We don't spend enough time talking about how crazy it is that crocodiles and alligators exist.

Life begins and ends with Park Chan-wook. All of my opinions are bad but I'm working on it.
This looks like the part of Scotland Glazer used for the second half of UNDER THE SKIN
Very funny (very Ebert) way to describe the way Cybill Shepherd reacts to Travis
THE WOLF OF WALL STREET: Not the best Scorsese gangster film, but certainly the most. The perfect intersection of Henry Hill's unrepentant confessional with Ace Rothstein's desperate need for attention. A three hour bullet train nightmare farce.
I feel like people forget that the "you gotta pump those numbers up" meme from WOLF OF WALL STREET is in regards to McConaughey jerking off.
PREDATORS(2025): Everything about this made me wanna throw up.
Got to see the theatrical cut of MIAMI VICE on 35mm tonight, transcendent stuff.
Rewatched OBSESSION after having rewatching KING OF COMEDY recently, it's funny that they have almost the exact same scene. Both protagonist looking at the person they've put through hell the whole movie asking if it would've been so bad to just give them what they wanted from the start.
It's so funny that HUGO and THE ARTIST came out the same year.
JJ Abrams watching David Robert Mitchell make the movie he's probably wanted to make for forty years
Rewatching SHUTTER ISLAND. Sure, this movie is bracingly sad at times, but like every Scorsese genre assignment, it fucking rocks.

You have to give it up to QT how shamelessly to took from this for PULP FICTION.
AMERICAN BOY: A PROFILE OF STEVEN PRINCE- The camera loves a bullshitter.

Missed a screening of MARS ATTACKS tonight because I've felt like shit all day 😔 can't have nice things
Not sure about that Chris Hansen movie but Pattinson is one of the few people in the world where I will show up no matter what so fingers crossed
Rewatched all of FMA '03, still my single favorite anime I've ever watched.
THE AVIATOR goes up a little every time I watch it and GANGS goes down a little.
Is Blanchett good in this or catastrophically terrible? I honestly don't know.
THE AVIATOR such a better vehicle for DiCaprio to detonate his heartthrob image than GANGS OF NEW YORK was. (It's also just a better movie, I think)

Thoughts and prayers to all multiplex workers for the zoo you're going to be subjected to this weekend.
