Reform are already saying there was a swing towards them last night. Not true. Swing measures the change between the top two parties. This was a swing of 3.5% from Reform to Labour, not a swing from Labour to Reform. So Reform went from losing by 13.4% to losing by 20% to Labour

May = 3 years Johnson = 3 years and 2 months Truss = 7 weeks Sunak = 1 year and 9 months If Starmer goes = 1 year and 10 months That's a PM every two years. It's not sustainable and it makes progress less likely, not more.
If Labour think changing PM will help, it won’t. The media will hound and hate whoever takes Starmer’s place just as much. For some reason, they have a desperate desire to see Farage become PM. They are not acting in the national interest.
The Oakeshott's and Mail's of the world will hate it, but Starmer pledging stronger ties with the EU was the best part of his speech. Brexit has done irreparable economic damage. Why are so many commentators desperate to champion something that reduced our economic standing?

Trump’s biggest political weakness is that everything is binary. It’s win or lose That’s ok when you’re fighting an election, but the art of government requires much more nuance, intelligence and compromise Trump lacks all of these which is why the world is in its current state
