2.Bundesliga starts in 10 days and still no info if it will be carried in the US. I emailed Bundesliga support but their reply, which took 8 days & a follow-up email from me before it arrived, merely provided the link for broadcasters which: 1) doesn't work for the US 2) isn't about 2.Bundesliga 🙃

🚨 WORLD CUP SCORIGAMI 🚨 FINAL: France 🇫🇷 (4), England 🏴 (6) 6–4 has NEVER happened in men's World Cup history (1930–present).
This game is the soccer equivalent of an NBA all-star game.
The 2.Bundesliga season starts in three weeks and apparently still nobody has any idea if the matches will be available for viewing in the US market. Does anyone have any information?? @en.fcstpauli.com @vfl-wolfsburg.de @vfl-bochum.de @herthabsc.com @fck.de
I want Argentina to win for three reasons: 1) An immigrant in an ICE detention center that my family has become friends with wants them to win and I want him to have this bit of happiness. 2) I like Messi. 3) I think I would enjoy watching all of the pro-England posters on here lose their minds.
I'm looking up some potential hikes in Switzerland to go on tomorrow, but given that I ate lettuce in Michigan less than two weeks ago, I think this path would just be tempting fate.
Athough I have never been to Buckinghamshire, I am now a follower of the Buckinghamshire Archives.
Who doesn't love a bit of gossip?
Alas, the sun has set on Switzerland's World Cup dreams.
I haven't so many people upset about VAR analysis since my classmates and I took an econometrics time series analysis course back in the 90s.
18 minutes ago I had to switch to watching ARG-EGY on my phone so that my father-in-law could watch the Swiss news on his tv. I also had to watch the MEX-ENG match on my phone when I was on a plane to Zurich. I think I might now have to watch all matches on my phone.
Another ban rescinded. (I wonder if Trump and Putin made a 3-way phone call with Kirsty Coventry.)
🏅 The International Olympic Committee has lifted restrictions on Russian athletes allowing them to compete in team events and in qualifying competitions for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
Well, after the all-around disaster that was USA-BEL, it was nice to get something in the mail from FC Heidenheim so that I can refocus on "football as it's meant to be". (Amusingly, they sent it to my German "address" rather than to Michigan.) #NurDerFCH
I'm so disillusioned, I almost don't even care who gets the FIFA Peace Prize next year
I applaud Infantino/FIFA for showing the world exactly how the Republican-led Congress and US Supreme Court have treated Donald Trump since 2016. Rules, established norms, and a sense of decency? meh, we don't need those Corruption and cowardice? sounds perfect
I need someone to call Infantino and have him make this delay last another seven hours so that I can watch the game when I land in Europe. (In-flight wifi is way to slow for streaming.)
So Donald Trump intervened with FIFA so that Folarin Balogun can play for the US against Belgium. Donald Trump is also very angry that people like Balogun are US citizens. Just another day in America.
Sorry, Canada, but the detainee I visited today is rooting for Morocco and so I am too. (He's been in ICE detention for just more than a year. He was arrested when he went in for an immigration appointment.)
Heading to an immigrant detention center so that we can "celebrate" the USA's 250th birthday with two detainees my family has become friends with. I hope that someday this country returns to the values it has always claimed to hold and (very imperfectly) practiced.
THIS IS A REAL STATISTIC 🤯 Player-tracking data on Sofascore AND Fotmob confirm: Cape Verde goalkeeper Vozinha, 40, has attempted and completed more dribbles at the 2026 World Cup (1) than Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo (0).
Cabo Verde wins the World Cup in the round of 32, 2-3 to Argentina
