Quick rant. Sending asymptomatic patients with stable CAD for yearly nuclear stress tests when they have no symptoms is so absurd & I cannot believe this still happens in 2025. Instead- get your patient on the correct GDMT for their CAD plus nutrition & exercise counseling.

ER calls for STEMI, Calcium was given before labs available. Memorize the pattern of hyperkalemia. Potassium came out to be 8.5. Not STEMI. #CardioSky #MedSky #MedStudentSky #FOAMed #NephroSky
