I'm using BirdNET (default & custom) for almost every project now. It blows my mind how easy ML has become. To think of all the years I spent learning how to build recognisers in monitoR, Kaleidoscope, Arbimon etc ... now I can focus on the fun stuff - answering ecological questions! #bioacoustics

UPDATE: After almost a decade of using Raven Pro, I just learnt how to review selections from multiple audio files in a single view 😲 Basically, you just need a single selection table. Let me explain... #bioacoustics

#Bioacoustics researchers: what's your go-to software for viewing/validating/labelling large datasets? Anything that can handle info from multiple audio files (i.e. 100s of files) in one place, display them all nicely for easy viewing?
