Two apparently opposing things can be true, a film can be objectively shit but you can still enjoy the hell out of it. It doesn't even have to be an ironic enjoyment or one fuelled by nostalgia, it's ok to just like stuff.

Well Christmas at the Kringles has very much leapfrogged Violent Night 2 as my most anticipated festive treat.
Hadn't even occurred to me that Digger might be a musical. Kind of here for it if it is though.
I hadn't really considered that I had much of a West Country accent but I just listened to a recording of a presentation I did a while back and fuck me it was like Wurzel Gummidge has taken over. Now excuse me whilst I cringe myself to death.

Apparently UK cinema attendance in August was 56% higher than August 2025 and the highest since 2018. Its great news I just wish more people were exploring the variety on offer rather than rewatching the same 2 or 3 films over and over.
Another weekend where I can shout a big 'Fuck You' to whoever decides Vue and Odeon cinema screenings. Leviticus is joining Camp Miasma in the 'show the trailer loads but not the actual fucking film' category. Death of Robin Hood is even getting short shrift.
Cracking slab of Adkins action this, just the tonic with the Stath's lukewarm effort currently and inexplicably in cinemas. Not sure about that poster though, makes it look like an action buddy movie and these guys well they ain't buddies that's for sure.
0/25 not heard of any of them but then I am 46. Creators/Influencers with talent are no bad thing but we know the world is awash with insipid wannabe no talent grifters, famous for nothing and contributing nothing.

Bloody Hell September looks absolutely stacked for new releases. I earmarked 16 I'd potentially go and see, what's the betting Odeon and Vue only show about 4 of them.
Dear Paramount+ it would be lovely if for films where at least a third of the spoken language isnt English that you actually had some fucking subtitles.
QPR fans don't get too much to be happy about so I'll just enjoy this for as long as it lasts. If only one of the 26 shots we had against Portsmouth last week had gone in, can't be greedy though.

I'm not particularly enthused by any of the rumoured Bonds tbh, even if I like many of them, perhaps Elordi has a certain Bondness about him but he's too tall 😂. Still think my Sope Dirisu shout hasn't been bettered.

Phew what a relief, turns out Coyote vs Acme is genuinely great. I really hope it finds an audience, its crazy how it was saved and has now been plunged into the most competitive cinema market for years. Go and see it, you will be rewarded. Also fuck you Zaslav you fucking disease. #FilmSky
