Joe Burrow at QB1 was a miss. Cincinnati scored 33 points, but Burrow finished with one passing touchdown and an interception. The team result looked much better than the fantasy result.

DeVonta Smith at WR12 was too aggressive for Week 1. Three catches for 53 yards fell short of the WR1 confidence my ranking gave him. Philadelphia winning and throwing three touchdowns did not change that. The ranking mattered because it put Smith ahead of plenty of other viable starters.

Pat Freiermuth at TE25 was a wrong bench lean. My article preferred sitting him in ordinary formats. Five catches for 46 yards and a touchdown turned him into a useful starter.

Chris Olave was one of the stronger calls in my Week 1 article. I had him WR10 with a 92.5 OMFG grade and emphasized his 27.1% target rate from last season. The case was straightforward: New Orleans had a clear preferred receiver and could need to throw against Detroit.

Jalen Coker was a clear miss for me. My final Week 1 model had him WR62 with 3.4 targets. He earned nine and turned them into eight catches, 138 yards and two touchdowns. The target difference is what sends me back to the projection. I treated him as a small secondary option.

For those panicing about CMC just keep in mind he still lead the team in targets and had 18 total opportunities. It is unlikley he will consistently be behind Black in carries. If anything you should be happy that your first round pick has a chance to stay healthy all season.

Jadarian Price- 5.2 YPC, 4 1D Runs, 70% Success rate, .2 MTF per Att and shoutout to the offensive line assisting in 2.3 YBCO per Att. Compared George Holani- 3.63 YPC, 0 1D Runs, 37.5% Success Rate, 0 MTF, and the offensive line blocked well for him as well at 2 YBCO.

New morning show drops! I will be on with the crew from Noon to 1p! Make sure you stick around because Breakfast with Bigz is back for Season 2. More Starts and Sits for the afternoon slate, a new breakfast cocktail recipe every week, and early slate watch-along.
