The Partial Lunar Eclipse on 18th September captured using a telescope at Kielder Observatory! Keep an eye out for the next one which will be on the morning of 14th March 2025. It’ll be a partial eclipse in the UK.

My first post on Bluesky! This is one of my most recent images that I captured in the Lake District. Tsuchinshan-ATLAS was a beautiful naked eye comet visible in late October. The dust tail of the comet stretched millions of miles through the inner solar system. 🤯
