My entire life I’ve never called it the FIFA World Cup. I’ve always called it the World Cup. Fans don’t give a shit about FIFA. If national teams showed up for a World Cup tournament not held by FIFA we would all watch it. World Cup is the brand. FIFA is nothing.

The treatment of Fauci is one of the most shameful things iv ever seen. This is what happens when politicians pander to conspiracy rather than stand up to it. That man is responsible for saving millions of lives over this life time. Utterly shameful. Who will want to do his job in the future?

One of the unexpected things this disastrous war in Iran has exposed is how quickly the US has depleted its weapons stockpiles. The illusion, at least, was that the US had an endless supply of this stuff. It seems not. They are now begging for more money to replace weapons used in a pointless war.

It’s pretty grim seeing Badenoch exploit the victims of these terrible sexual crimes. The Tories did nothing to alleviate the pressure on prisons during their 14 years in government. We didn’t hear a peep from her then. Meanwhile, Burnham has already said he is pausing early release. She is awful.
