Work has me feeling pretty drained. My schedule recently changed to being in the office for an additional day every week, and now my boss (who's been awesome) is leaving. I've been feeling so good about this job after years at jobs I hated. I really hope all of this will work out okay.

The thing I noticed with healing is that once you're in a safe environment and no longer in survival mode, your subconscious is like; "Alright let's unpack all that" and all those repressed and unresolved experiences will rear their ugly head. It'll have you feeling like you're getting worse.
