I LOVE this idea, and its a seemingly smart spot. But hope this pivots into something with some/more community engagement pieces. Set target areas (with industry inputs), but then use some time to gauge interest/want (which I assume will be high). Maybe use #CBs or #PB process? Everyone wins.
