Nvidia actually has the ability to slice up GPUs so that, for instance, containers can reserve partial GPUs. But it kind of stinks and kind of tanks performance.
i dont know how to design gpus and i've never built a datacenter, but there must be ways of making all of that much more efficient 🤔
