When you reelect a convicted felon who has been involved in over 4000 different legal disputes and cases you are going to get more felonies, more criminal activities and nothing that remotely resembles proper governance. Trump was transparently unfit for office, but somehow the US elected him again.
If the normal constitutional, judicial and legal process applied and those elected to uphold it did their job this monster wouldn’t be up half the night posting ego porn, he’d already have been impeached for treason, corruption, child abuse, rape and crimes against humanity and imprisoned for life.

Yesterday the US Senate sold it’s soul for the price of appeasing a dictator. There is no turning back from this. Blanche is wholly unfit for the office of AG and his only duties are to protect Trump, punish his perceived enemies and prepare the way for Trump to bend the constitution to his will.
Trump and Musk are the epitome of the adage ‘money doesn’t buy you love’. What it will buy you is a cult following, a platform to spread your hateful racism and a Presidency to enrich yourself even more.
The only thing Trump has made greater is his personal wealth, his ability to abuse and misuse his office for personal gain and to punish his opponents, his ego and the lengths he will go to to destroy democracy in the US. He’s not done a single thing to ease the day to day life of ordinary citizens
At the current trajectory of climate crop annihilation it may be that Ireland has the potential to become the vegetable garden of Europe. If I was not approaching retirement and now committed to a small bio farm in Albania, it is an area I would be looking at very closely regarding food security.

He’s not wrong, on its current destination the US needs an off ramp that necessarily doesn’t require a homegrown provider. Division is bad enough there so it is not be that unreasonable to think that Europe may be strong enough to take the hit and for the US the blame on itself.

Many of those companies have major federal contracts.
This is kickback politics at it’s worst. Trump is trading US intelligence, access to advanced technology and now nuclear capabilities for investments in his crypto businesses. This despite strong opposition from military and security intelligence. Trump logic, personal enrichment beats US interests.
