Minds Matter Islington were one of the stalls at yesterday's Peace Tournament football competition. We offered wellbeing tips, alongside stalls from NHS Sexual Health & Street Doctors emergency first aid skills. We engaged over 40 teenage footballers in stress management & breathwork exercises.
