I am on social media maybe 5% as much as I used to be in the Twitter days and I miss next to nothing about it. Even when it was good it was still lots of arguing with strangers on the internet. There’s almost always something better I can be doing.

To continue to make myself unpopular on here, the anti-Fauci people are nuts but the dismissal of the idea that it could be (not was) a lab leak was clearly wrong and there clearly are risky ways of researching viruses.
For me the main thing about national FAs getting sucked in by this FIFA thing is that it’s already their money. You’re just selling low. The Super League was different, that was putting up a wall that actually increased value for the clubs involved.
My least Bluesky opinion appears to be that it’s understandable that Covid broke some people’s brains given it was illegal to leave your house other than in limited circumstances for months , my kids had no education for huge amounts of time and the guards were baton charing people drinking outdoors

The amazing thing is that Infantino has got nothing from sucking up to Trump. Like what was it for. He looks ridiculous but if that had meant he got easy treatment for foreign players, referees etc it would have been worth something but as it stands he's got all the downsides for no upsides.
