There was just a grass fire right across the street from us. Denver Fire made quick work of it. Way too close for comfort and it’s 100 degrees right now.
I used to be a marathon runner (you’d never know it looking at me now.). 39 in 35 different states. Drugs and alcohol became the priority, and now sober I am learning how hard it is to get it back in my mid 50’s.

My boy is finishing his last shifts at the hospital in Bozeman before he heads to Oregon to start PT school. One of the nurses there gave him a pair of trauma shears she has had since she went to school 25 years ago. It brings me incredible joy knowing my kid is that well thought of.
