I’ve been thinking again about the idea of a Hyacinth and Sal animated series. I figure since Jenny and Lena are musicians, they could be playing the opening theme in every episode. And as far as the stories go, I imagine one fun episode would be Sal opening up his own library in his bedroom.

Every now and then I get a comment from someone saying my comic reminds them of newspaper strips, which always makes me so happy!
Sometimes I think it would be interesting to redraw Hyacinth and Sal comics from 2021-2023 to see how they’d look now. Because if there’s one thing that has evolved massively over the past five years, it’s the art style. Maybe I can redraw the first strip for the comic’s tenth anniversary in 2031.
That being said, it would be foolish of me to forget all the progress I have made in half a decade, the most important part of this journey being the friends I’ve made because of my silly skunk (and lately mouse) antics. :) Whether you’re here for the comics or the drawings, welcome aboard! 🦨🐭

I definitely want plushes of the characters. The world needs more skunk plushes.
