60 years ago today, The Beatles released Revolver. I can't stress how much of an engineering achievement this was at the time and these tunes will never not be cool. It could come out today and it would still blow minds.

One of the best parts of being an indie rock DJ, is taking a leap of faith in new artists. The amount of great music being made right now is staggering. I'm a grey haired old guy, and it's as good as ever.

I just heard of Sam Neill's passing. He was great in many things, but this one came to mind first. A small Australian film about friends, community and the space program. It's funny and touching and it's what you need with the world today. A feel good movie based on real folks. #youremylemon

Saw an episode of Andy Griffith with a young Barbara Eden. I turned into Bob From Niles. "Jeannie was in Mayberry and all the guys liked her and stuff and this was before she moved in with J.R Ewing when he was an astronaut...I dunno" #hellodere

I heard someone say today that he didn't understand the excitement over Artemis. "We actually walked on the moon in 69. This mission was already done by Apollo 8" The similarities end there. 1. We are going further out than Apollo 13 on its free return, and willingly. Further than anyone has been

Everything sucks but NASA. I'm a grey haired 54 year old. For the first time since I was 11 months old, the words "This is Houston, you are go for TLI. You are go for The Moon" were uttered. Not gonna lie. I got a little misty eyed.

New music alert! Sugar, Ceylon Sailor, Kurt Baker, The New Pornographers, Arctic Monkeys, Ratboys, Black Crowes and more! Big day in "The Record Store" 11am CT this morning on WRRG 88.9 FM in the Chicago area or globally online. Tell your smart speaker to play WRRG!

Today is truly sad. My friend Terry Boers passed away. The Tavern Tour shows weren't work. It was going out to lunch with my buddies and laughing until I had tears in my eyes. He was Uncle Terry to all of us at the Score. A good friend and family man. My thoughts are with his family.
