David F. 🚞@davidnightjet.bsky.social · last yr.Today is 24 years since the day my family was very nearly torn apart 😔 My mom worked 2 blocks from the trade center at the time. I had just turned only 4, my brother not even 2. My parents were taking shifts staying at home to take care of us.
I'm starting to get the feeling that the person I'm gonna spend the rest of my life with simply doesn't exist. Welp. Nothing I can do about that then, now is there?
I think I might abandon social media as a whole. I feel no real pull towards it anymore. All my friends are already on discord. And I'm basically a nobody elsewhere online. Who's gonna miss me?

Tbh even though it's my birthday tomorrow, I really don't feel like celebrating it this year. What happened since last August? - Started grad school - Got my heart broken - Went to Germany That's really about it. The past year beat the shit out of me. Why celebrate that?
I think I might just give up on being a vtuber and streaming altogether. I haven't been well in months. I'm a shadow of who I used to be. And nothing seems worth the effort anymore, including streaming. I mean, peaking at 0-2 CCV average makes me, by all metrics, a failure. So why bother anymore?

oh, important thing to add to this: probably only gonna be active here (and on social media as a whole) when I want to rather than most days like I used to. because my break from it all was honestly really refreshing. I didn't miss the commotion at all.
