I've just heard about Kevin Keegan. I feel totally numb. Can't comprehend it. He meant so much to me in so many ways. Met him recently with my youngest son & he was just so lovely & made us feel special. Rest in Peace 🖤🤍 x

Ahh, man! That's amazing. Cape Verde draw against the favourites & European Champions, Spain. They defended like their lives depended on it. The keeper was fantastic! Brilliant! 😀
You realise how posh Gosforth is, when you see 4 schoolkids sitting at a table in a nice restaurant instead of drinking bottles of cider down the park & shaking a sh!tty stick at passers-by, whilst trying to cadge a tab.
Everyone is focusing on creepy Stephen Miller or the bloke hiding behind glasses, but look at the strange fella standing by the curtains watching it all unfold. That's the most bizarre thing. Trump watching as it plays out, when he should have been taken away to safety!
I've tried meditation, but my mind is constantly full of music; thoughts; thoughts about those thoughts; thoughts about those thoughts about thoughts; & other thoughts that have no relation to any of the other thoughts. It's difficult! #Meditation

Five Things I Like: 1 Old movies, including Comedy, Crime, Drama, Historical, War & Westerns 2 Guitars, especially playing 3 Painting & drawing 4 Chatting w/ & helping people 5 Animals, but sadly allergic to many 6 Lightly stroking arms. I apparently put an arm in the air & do it when asleep!

Display an album that was important to you when you were 19. Wanted to pick Surfer Rosa by Pixies, but SM doesn't like ɓooɓş! REM, Sugarcubes, Morrissey, Nick Cave...& a few others could have been chosen. I spent a lot of that 19th year in my room at uni listening & playing!

Sara says there's a cinema in Heaton where you can have a meal that's related to the movie, so if they show Mama Mia you get Greek food, & for Grease you'd have American burgers, etc. My first thought, "I wonder what they'll serve if they show The Human Centipede?
Well, the positivity lasted about 2 hrs. Further tests with hand specialist & need a referral back to the consultant, to orthopedics for my wrist & elbow, & to spinal for my neck & shoulders. Hand is getting worse....
Just spoken with my case handler & she told me that the other driver's solicitors have admitted full liability. That's one positive, thankfully. At RVI re my hand & waiting for referrals for back & MH. Feels like I've been placed in lockdown again, but just me! Not good! Some positive news, tho 😀
