So… there is an MMA fighter supposedly set to fight a real chimpanzee later today and uh… man, the best case scenario here is for that fighter to be mauled. Like, I’m not wishing any harm to him but he is taking center stage in a Ringling level of animal abuse against an endangered animal…

So I started playing Cyberpunk 2077 for the first time and...it's beginning if very slow and the dialogue feels so...corporate tech speak (even amongst gangs) and exposition heavy. I like a lot of the things in it, but despite playing for several hours I maybe did 2 fun things.

I’m in public, so I haven’t watched Mother’s Basement’s video on The Ninth Jedi (I’m not even sure I will because I try not to engage with click-baity Star Wars bashing even from creators I like), but I have this feeling that people who just don’t get Star Wars are going to be it’s biggest fans.

FYI the HUGE number of AI slop at GamesCom's opening night live is not a sign that the industry has normalized AI. It's a ploy to make you believe that. These games are all by the same 3 or 4 publishers. This is a concerted effort to make consumers accept AI.
