I think people forget how horribly brutal the early game of Splatoon is to brand new players to the series. I also think people forget how bad they were when they were also brand new to the series.

Honestly X rank feels easier than the Anarchy modes to me most of the time and I think its cause my teammates are a lot better/smarter. I get to do plays and general stuff I find clippable so much more often cause I can actually play off of people and people play off of me #splatoonclips

I think the only way they can make OOT interesting for people that have already beaten the game is if the world is greatly expanded in scope, like if the overworld is as large as one or two of the TOTK zones put together. Alternately, an option for a new master quest plus the original master quest
