I am really enjoying Fields of Mistria. It's such a fun little game, with so much to do. I hope it'll have multiplayer one day so that I can play it with friends.

I keep finding more TTRPGs that interest me, the latest is Ryuutama. It's such a cute TRPG* (Table-Talk Role Playing Game) which originates in Japan from 2007 but was translated for English audiences in 2015. *Tabletop Role Playing Games are known as Table-Talk Role Playing Games in Japan.

I remember there was a time I wanted to work in the games industry in some form... Now there are yearly (sometimes multiple in one year) mass layoffs and structure changes. It's sad to see. I feel for all those talented people affected.

Happy Christmas! Leading up to Christmas I’ve been doing a lot more artwork (more than I’ve done in recent years anyway, considering as a kid I used to draw or use MS Paint every day 😅) including this artwork I made of me and my other half, Burridge! (1)

Partner got me a Gamecube for Christmas this year with Pokèmon Colosseum and Mario Kart Double Dash two of my all time favourite games from that era of consoles. She also got me a copy of The Legend of Dragoon, a very rare PS1 JRPG which I also loved playing.

I see people constantly taking about there being a “mental health crisis” and how “young people don’t want to work they’re lazy”. I can’t imagine why… - Low wages - Prices on everything keeps going up - Not able to buy your own home - The age of retirement keeps rising
