I was asked on Youtube what method I used to hide the HUD and character in Evergrace when making my tour video There were no existing hacks that I could find when I did this and I worked it out myself, so sharing here in case it is interesting/useful to anyone 😊

I am explaining how to hide the HUD and character in the PS2 game Evergrace as follows: "For removing the HUD, I used Cheat Engine - but I am not very experienced with hacking so I'm sure this isn't the best way but this is what I did. First of all, fire up Cheat Engine and attach it to whatever process is running Evergrace (PCSX2 for me) To Hide HUD, you want to search for this array: 00 FF FF 00 00 00 00 7F 00 00 00 7F 00 00 00 7F Once you find it, add that address to your table and set it to type "4 bytes", then change the value to 7FFFFFFF (you will need to check the box next to this address to lock it) - this tells the game to push the HUD offscreen) For Character Visibility, you want to search to this array 00 00 80 3F 1C 43 38 48 00 00 00 80 42 60 53 47 00 00 80 3F 00 00 00 00 F2 31 A4 3F Again, once you have it add the address to your table but this time set it as type "float" and you can toggle it. A value of 1 will show the character whereas 0 will hide them. Hope that it helpful and not too confusing - like I say, I am not exactly a game dev! Haha"
