I had never heard this album before because I am a fake fan. Turns out it has such treasures within it.Riley proposes in this episode that if you took that first five tracks of Thief and then ended with the title track, you would have one of the best EPs ever made. I cannot disagree. “what a banger”

LP2 was a massive jump up from LP1 and Thief continues the trend, hugely improving over City of Daughters. A shame about the album cover, which looks like if Space Channel 5 sucked ass
