I recently wrote an essay on Andrzej Żuławski's Szamanka for the new issue of @filmsradiance.bsky.social's Dirty Arthouse zine: imagine if the energy of the Isabelle Adjani/U-bahn scene from Possession was sustained for an entire 90 minutes. Actual fucking masterpiece.
