Hamilton Council members are trying to force a loophole motion on the AI data centre interim control by-law (moratorium) tomorrow. This move is fueled by a big business & greedy government agenda. It doesn't reflect the loud & large opposition from people who actually live & work here in Hamilton.

Attended the SOPEN AGM this afternoon to learn more about the outreach and support work they provide in Hamilton. With the closure of supervised consumption sites across Ontario, organizations like SOPEN are feeling the pressure to help fill gaps in mutual aid and overdose prevention and response.
